Been hearing about this place and finally made the short drive up to Pollock. I was NOT disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious! And the servings were very generous. Within our group we had 3 rib plates, 1 sausage sandwich plate, and one brisket plate with an add on rib. Everyone LOVED their food and a couple ordered to go plates for supper! The employees were very happy and good-natured which made the experience that much more enjoyable. You eat outside under a covered area so I don't know how it would be in inclement weather, but today was perfect. Highly recommended!

I have been to knuckle suckers a few times but each time they have been sold out of ribs. Today I called them after work to reserve 2 racks of ribs. OMG! I now understand why they are sold out often! The best tasting and meaty ribs I have ever eaten. And the brisket will just melt in your mouth! A little pricey but worth every penny!
Pleasantly surprised with this place.. I will see return if I'm ever in town.. friendly staff delicious food was not disappointed....
